New Delhi, July 21, 2023 - Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a multi-business corporation and a leading FMCG Conglomerate, has acquired the Viceroy Bangalore Hotels Pvt. Ltd, following a bidding process. With this landmark acquisition DS Group expands its hospitality footprint into Southern India and marks its commitment to growth and strategic expansion in this sector.
Viceroy Hotels owned the Marriott-managed Renaissance Bengaluru which is situated on approximately 1.8 acres of prime land and has 275 rooms with captivating views of the beautiful Race Course of Bengaluru. This hotel's strategic location in the Central Business District (CBD) made it an enticing addition to DS Group's esteemed hospitality portfolio. The Group is now actively strategizing approaches to further elevate the hotel's appeal and align it seamlessly with DS Group's renowned standards of excellence.
